Osman Bedri Bektaş

Osman Bedri Bektaş is the founder of Bektaş Law Office. He practises corporate law, advising and representing companies in corporate and commercial law, contract management, employment law, commercial disputes and enforcement and debt recovery.

For him, good counsel begins before a decision is made, not in the middle of a crisis. He believes that legal advice given without understanding how a company works — where it is heading and where it might stumble — never leaves the page. Since 2020 he has run a firm in Istanbul focused on corporate legal services, acting mainly for joint stock and limited companies.
