Mehmet Emin Özdemir

Mehmet Emin Özdemir graduated from Galatasaray University Faculty of Law. He completed his legal internship at the law office of Prof. Dr. Ersan Şen and at Kavasoğlu Law Firm, where he gained experience in criminal law, criminal procedure law, commercial law, employment law, corporate law and legal consultancy. He is currently pursuing an LL.M. in Public Law at Istanbul University Faculty of Law.

His professional experience includes legal research, drafting pleadings and legal opinions, running litigation and enforcement proceedings, and drafting and reviewing contracts, as well as legislative and case-law analysis. Through both his academic and professional background he has developed strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills.

He approaches each file with diligence, treating research, written advocacy and procedural follow-up as a whole. As a young attorney, he aims to deepen his legal expertise within a dynamic and professional environment, contributing with dedication, adaptability and a commitment to continuous learning.

He has full professional proficiency in English and French alongside his native Turkish, and can follow international sources and case law directly. He continues his work in criminal law, commercial law and employment law within the firm.
