Professional background
Osman Bedri Bektaş graduated from Beykent University Faculty of Law in 2018 and was admitted to the bar in 2019. In the early years of his practice he worked extensively in enforcement law, debt recovery and attachment processes.
He founded Bektaş Law Office in Istanbul in August 2020. From 2022 onwards he developed the practice primarily towards corporate legal services, advising joint stock and limited companies on their day-to-day legal processes, contracts, employment law matters, commercial disputes and the monitoring of receivables.
Between January 2023 and June 2026 he took an active role in the management of another law firm, gaining experience in legal files, corporate client relationships, internal working arrangements and the management of legal service processes.
He assesses legal questions not only through the disputes that have already arisen, but within the framework of a company's commercial activity, its needs and its long-term interests. His core approach is to identify legal risks as early as possible and, where a dispute does arise, to develop workable, effective and outcome-oriented solutions.
